WINET HOTSPOT 12 MONTH TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Support requests received via phone and email are first attempted to be resolved by phone, with necessary redirection. In cases requiring remote connection to the customer environment, if a different support program is available, a scheduled appointment is required.

Remote support services are provided 5 days/7 hours a week, during working days and hours.

 

Support Contents

 

• The support package duration is limited to 12 months and 24 hours per day.
• Hotspot device and Access point maintenance are included in the agreement.
• You have the right to activate the package at any time within the first year after purchasing the support package.
• The support package is valid for a single product. If you have multiple products, you need to purchase a separate support package for each product.
• If you need VPN support, please contact the support specialist before completing the purchase.
