Support inquiries received via phone and email are first attempted to be resolved by phone, with necessary redirection. In cases requiring remote connection to the customer environment, if a separate support program is available, an appointment must be made with the support specialist.

Remote support services are provided 5 days/7 hours a week, during working days and hours.

 

Support Contents

 

• The support package duration is limited to 12 months and 24 hours per day.
• Access point maintenance is included in the support agreement.
• You have the right to activate the package at any time within the first year after purchasing the support package.
• The support package is valid for a single product. If you have multiple products, you need to purchase a separate support package for each product.
• Please contact the support specialist before making a purchase if you need VPN support in the desired scenarios.
