Network-Connected Intelligent Inverter

These devices are a combined inverter, solar charger, and battery charger, providing a seamless power source for portable applications. The comprehensive LCD screen allows for configurable input voltage, adjustable battery charging current based on applications, and configurable AC / Solar charger features. It supports network voltage or generator power, automatic restart on AC recovery, overload / over-temperature / short circuit protection, and intelligent battery charger design for optimized battery performance.

Inverter Installation

Before installing the inverter, please carefully consider the following points:

• Do not mount the inverter on flammable materials.
• Mount it on a solid and stable surface.
• Mount the inverter at eye level for easy reading of the LCD screen.
• The ambient temperature should be between 0 – 55 degrees Celsius for optimal performance.

Battery Connection

For safe operation and compliance, a separate DC surge or disconnect can be installed between the battery and inverter. For system security and efficient operation, use appropriate cables for the battery connection. For 1-3KVA models, at least 100 amps, and for 4KVA and 5KVA models, at least 200 amps are recommended.

AC Input / Output Connection

Before connecting the AC input to the power source, please install a high-current capacity surge protector between the inverter and AC input power source. This will facilitate easy AC power source disconnection during maintenance.

Recommended surge protection technical features for AC circuit breaker: 1KVA - 10Amp, 2KVA - 20Amp, 3KVA - 32Amp, 4KVA and 5KVA - 50Amp.

When connecting AC input / output, connect the AC input or output wires to the terminal block according to the L, N, and earth pole and tighten the clamps.

Earth - Yellow or Green cable

L (Line) - Brown or Black cable

N (Neutral) - Blue colored cable.

Solar Panel Connection

Before connecting the solar panel, install a DC surge protector between the PV input and solar panels. For the PV section, all cable installations should be with special solar cables. Using appropriate solar cables for the PV module connection is crucial for system security and efficient operation.

• The open-circuit voltage (Voc) of the PV modules should not exceed the inverter's maximum PV string open-circuit voltage.
• The open-circuit voltage (Voc) of the PV modules should be higher than the minimum battery voltage.
