Extralink EUROS V2 PoE Switch

Makes use of a maximum of 100 Mbps speed and IEEE 802.3af/at standards, featuring 4 PoE ports and 6 connection points, providing a maximum of 30W of power per port. The switch also includes 2 RJ45 ports without PoE power options, which can be used as uplink ports or to connect additional devices.

Four key modes for PoE

On the front of the EUROS v2 Switch, four keys are available to run additional modes to improve network performance or range. Below are the working principles of each mode:

VLAN mode - When enabled, isolates the connections between 1-4, effectively suppressing broadcast storms and improving network performance.

EXTEND mode - Enables data and PoE power transmission over distances up to 250 meters for ports 1-4, ideal for video surveillance systems.

AI QoS mode - Prioritizes video data processing for smooth streaming, ideal for video monitoring solutions.

AI PS mode - Automatically detects the status of connected devices from PoE ports. If a device is malfunctioning, it is automatically restarted.

Power over Ethernet
EUROS v2 key supports IEEE 802.3 af/at standards, automatically detects and identifies PoE devices and provides power to them. There is no need to worry about non-PoE devices (those not supporting IEEE 802.3 af/at standards) as the key will not provide power to them. The maximum power source connected to the key is 60W.
