They are prepared, tested, and shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. For urgent situations, please call for information.

Products are directly produced according to your request. Therefore, cancellation or return of specially produced products for an order is not possible. The products are tested with an OTDR test device before shipment, and all checks are completed before dispatch. Technical service is available for any damage that may occur later in the product.
